Symposium ‘Personalized Food’

Do we need personal chef-cooks to overcome Crohn’s – disease? Or a special Colitis – Hello Fresh – box? Specialists from different background, disciplines and functional roles have been invited to share their view, expertise and ideas about food topics.

Can we influence ‘Happy Aging’ by adjusting the taste and texture of products? And what about behavior and food uptake in cities? How to create a healthy environment for adolescents? How to use smart data from client cards for personalized food? Do feces-transplantations really change the behavior of people?
