The Amsterdam Science Park Conference Centre offers three different conference facilities. All the rooms come with audivisual equipment. The lobby can also serve as a meeting room during a conference. It is possible to turn the Newtonzaal into a lunchroom during your conference.

Looking to host your next big or small event? Why not book a space at Startup Village? We offer multiple size event spaces for workshops, conferences, hackethons and more! Here you can book your events for up to 150 persons. Added to the event space are a number of break-out rooms for smaller groups of people to retreat during your event. Audivisual equipment is available and catering can be organised through the Coffee Virus at Startup Village.

De Polderzaal for meetings, presentations and receptions. The Polderzaal is an independent building with its own terrace and kitchen and can therefore be used for many meetings. The room has a sound system and a digital screen. Theater layout 75 people, carré arrangement 30 people, receptions and other festive gatherings 100 people.

At Nikhef, the Dutch National Institute for Subatomic Physics, are a diverse number of rooms available for your next meeting, workshop or conference.
The Spectrum room at Nikhef is at your disposal the next time you want to organise a conference. It comes with audivisual equipment and has a capacity of up to 60 people.

Sportcentrum Universum offers different conference and meeting facilities. Organising your event at USC will add an extra layer to your meeting or conference due to the dynamic environment of the sports organisation.
For big events, two sports halls are available (1200 m2). These can be booked during weekends only. Both halls have a capacity of up to 800 people and have free Wi-Fi. Book them well in advance.

You can rent Oerknal for your presentation, seminar, reception, meeting, party etc. The cafe features a stage, beamer and ambient led lights. You can combine your event with a variety of hot and cold catering options. Here you can book your events for up to 200-300 persons.
