This one-day conference brings together experts from science, industry and policy to explore practical pathways for circular textiles. The programme features keynote talks, panel discussions and interactive breakout sessions on topics such as PFAS-free textile alternatives, microplastic release from clothing, and scalable solutions for circular production.

Speakers include researchers from the University of Amsterdam and Amsterdam UMC, as well as pioneers working on circular denim, regenerative cotton and new textile ecosystems in the Amsterdam region. Throughout the day, participants will exchange knowledge, discuss challenges and build new collaborations.
The conference is organised by SustainaLab and Clean & Unique as part of the Week of the Circular Economy. It offers a meeting place for brands, supply chain partners, scientists, policymakers and entrepreneurs working on the future of textiles.
