Amsterdam Science Park has 1326 newly built student flats with an average floor area of about 30 sq.m. and basic rents starting at 300 euros. There is also short-stay accommodation available for guest lecturers and students.

The flats are situated in Amsterdam Science Park, only a stone’s throw from the knowledge institutions,the UvA’s Faculty of Science and the Amsterdam University College (AUC). Amsterdam’s city centre is within easy reach by bicycle and public transport. The student flats are managed by DUWO Student Housing.
